LIGHTSTAR: Our brand for Transporter/VAN bodies
With an increase in production depth, an innovative platform concept for lightweight box bodies for various transport solutions in the tonnage classes 3.5 t to 6.5 t was developed with our own LIGHTSTAR platform series. The new modular concept and chassis-independent manufacturing in the production process set new standards in vehicle construction in terms of fast delivery, quality, functionality and industry solutions. Thanks to industry standardisation and a wide range of combinations, pragmatic body solutions can be realised at attractive prices.

The logistics industry is undergoing a change in mobility. Optimum load securing options
A wide range of load securing options are available to optimise transport securing and load sorting for industry-specific use. Junge offers load securing certificates in accordance with DIN EN 12642 Code XL for all LIGHTSTAR box bodies.
Optional equipment
A wide range of additional equipment and special solutions are available, such as the LED light strip for optimum illumination in the load compartment, the aluminium outer frame with close lashing eye spacing or integrated airline rails for more flexible load securing.
As a system partner of well-known commercial vehicle manufacturers, we have developed a product for you that offers you significant payload and quality advantages in the 3.5 t vehicle segment. Thanks to the option of recessed lashing rails, the vehicles are ideal for use in the furniture sector in particular.
