As one of the first companies in its industry, Junge Fahrzeugbau successfully completed certification according to DIN ISO 9001 as early as June 1994. Junge Fahrzeugbau has been committed to sustainable corporate management for a long time. Based on this claim, quality, the environment and sustainability determine our daily actions and are consistently incorporated into our products and services. The results are commercial vehicle solutions that are characterized by the highest reliability, energy efficiency, environmental compatibility and a high degree of value retention. Our claim and our innovative strength are manifested in the exchange with our customers, partners from the transport industry, as well as universities and institutes.
OUR QUALITY POLICY
The Junge modular system
Research and development, production, ensuring and securing quality: the basis for this is a standardized series production, which is based on a specially developed “Junge modular system”. This systematic approach, combined with modern production and sophisticated logistics, ensures maximum flexibility and efficiency. The strictest quality controls - even for simple purchased parts - accompany the production. At the end of the process, each vehicle must pass a test bench that is divided into several safety stages.
Junge specialists develop the bodies and trailers in close dialog with practitioners in the transport industry, but also together with universities and other institutes. With the consistent implementation of the quality assurance system, we meet the constantly changing requirements of the market.
The majority of our product range has been tested and certified according to VDI 2700; EN 12195 Part 1 and EN 12642. This provides our customers with a high level of safety for all transport tasks.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
For a future worth living
Our future is closely linked to the preservation of our resources. For this reason, we feel obliged to protect our environment. The careful use of resources, safe management of hazardous substances and the avoidance of waste are important components of our corporate goals. That is why we have introduced an environmental management system with the aim of continuously improving operational environmental protection. The environmental management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
With the voluntary introduction of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001, Junge Fahrzeugbau strengthened its efforts for effective and sustainable environmental protection in 2015. Today more than ever, environmental policy is an integral part and guiding principle of our company, and we are committed to strict compliance with environmental laws and the associated regulations and rules. The constant analysis and avoidance of risks for people and the environment are at the forefront of this.
Our principles
- We promote active environmental awareness among our employees by providing relevant information and goal oriented training.
- Environmental risks and impacts in terms of hazard, use and disposal are taken into account in advance during procurement. We set a general preference for products that have the least environmental impact. Our orientation is to conserve resources, save costs and reduce waste to a minimum through environmentally friendly procurement.
- We avoid waste by optimizing, recycling and using reusable systems. All unavoidable waste is disposed of properly and appropriately.
- Our goal is to avoid polluting emissions. To do this, we collect and monitor our environmental data (electricity, gas, fuels, fresh water and wastewater quantities, types and quantities of waste, exhaust measurements) as individual data and combine them in an environmental balance. These data form the basis for evaluating measures to save energy and avoid CO2 emissions.
- Our environmental aspects are already taken into account in the planning of products, machines, devices, plants and construction projects with regard to the preservation of resources, environmental impacts, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The aim is to use and apply environmentally friendly products, processes and techniques.
Presenting our environmental policy in an open dialog is part of every company presentation for employees, customers, suppliers and interested parties.
Regular audits
Through regular internal and external audits and the annual management review, we ensure at all levels of the company that the set environmental standards, goals and programs are adhered to and developed in a targeted manner. Fulfilling our environmental policy and goals is our contribution to preserving a natural environment through sustainable resource conservation and reducing environmental pollution for people and nature. The implementation of our environmental policy is mandatory for every employee and the management.
