How do I become part of Junge?

Standing out from the crowd is not that easy. We have therefore put together some important tips to help you achieve your goals.

Tips for your application

The cover letter – motivated and authentic

Who are you, where are you from and why are you exactly the right person for the advertised position? It's not easy to stand out from the crowd, but with the right words about your motivation and passion, as well as an authentic assessment of yourself, you are sure to convince us!

The following should not be missing from your application letter:

  • Personal short introduction
  • Motivation for the advertised position
  • Job title and location
  • Full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
  • Earliest possible start date and your salary expectations

The CV – meaningful and chronological

The CV is all about facts. It should provide a complete overview of your career to date. A tabular and chronological format makes it easier for us to quickly grasp the essentials.

  • Personal data, education, career, internships, perhaps hobbies
  • Chronological order (dates on the left, facts on the right)
  • Highlight important points

Overall picture – complete and environmentally friendly

Your motivation letter and CV are essential. We also look forward to receiving your certificates (school and work certificates), references, certificates and, if possible, work samples. Environmental policy is very important to us. Ideally, you should apply by email. If you are unable to submit your application digitally, please send it to us in an environmentally friendly cardboard folder.

  • Essential: cover letter and CV
  • Send your application by email to  bewerbung@jf.eu bzw. azubi@jf.eu
  • Use an environmentally friendly application folder if you are unable to submit your application digitally.

Tips for your job interview

Of course you will be nervous before every job interview. But guess what? The person you are meeting is nervous too, because we also want to apply for you as a candidate. So don't worry! Our tips will help you to confidently master the personal meeting!

  • Be on time: Plan in a buffer when traveling so that you arrive on time.
  • Be authentic: Present yourself as you are. Don't pretend to be someone you're not.
  • Find out about the company Junge Fahrzeugbau GmbH in beforehand.
  • Prepare your self-presentation (Who are you? What makes you special? What valuable experiences do you bring with you?)
  • Why are you the right person for the job?
  • Don't be afraid to ask us questions too.

We look forward to receiving your application!
