BIKESTAR: OUR BRAND FPR CARGOBIKE BODIES
A body concept was set up to meet the requirements of the last mile for the growing CEP logistics market. The main focus was on the use and stability of the body, because smaller does not necessarily mean less use. The BIKESTAR series was developed using established components from the vehicle construction industry and with a focus on weight.
Our development department worked with well-known cargo bike manufacturers to fine-tune every detail to create the best possible product for the requirements of a cargo bike in terms of loading volume and tare weight. The product range therefore extends from 1.3 to 2m³ loading volume – but a Euro pallet always fits into the BIKESTAR.
Box bodies
The BIKESTAR box bodies can be used in a variety of ways for different industrie sectors. Whether it's folding shelves for CEP logistics, side flaps for a tradesman's fit-out or partition walls for dividing up different loading spaces-the equipment variants offer a high degree of customisation to adapt the body to your everyday work.
Flatbed bodies
The flatbed bodies from the BIKESTAR series are the ideal companion for gardening and landscaping, facility management or municipal work. The flatbed body can be flexibly equipped with a tarpaulin frame incl. full tarp, ladder racks on the roof or foliage grilles.
