"Fourteen years ago, I successfully completed my education as a body and vehicle construction mechanic and was then hired on a permanent basis in our service center in the vehicle repair department. Safety has always been very important to me. Junge has always encouraged my interests in this area. 

In addition to further training in fire protection and first aid, I was given the opportunity to take on the position of safety officer. This showed the trust they had in me and allowed me to make a significant contribution to improving occupational health and safety in our company. I am delighted to be able to carry out this responsible role.”
